BANGOR, MAINE — 11/03/2014 — Tonya Lewis and her daughter Chenele, 5, stay warm at a Bangor Housing Authority Community Center on Davis Road Monday in Bangor. Lewis said her Capehart home had lost power on Sunday during a fall storm that brought several inches to the area and that she and her daughters spent the night trying to keep warm.
